Amina Magouri

Amina Magouri is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in strategy, public policy, and international cooperation.

She currently serves as the Executive Director of SALMA Dialogue: Strategic Alliances – Latin America Meeting Africa, an international program launched in Tunisia in 2018.

This initiative focuses on building bridges between Africa, Latin America and Europe and promoting South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTrC). Concurrently, she is the managing partner of Capital Consulting Group, where she leads strategic initiatives to foster innovation and growth.

Throughout her career, Amina has excelled in driving collaboration and technical cooperation among governments, institutions and NGOs.

She has provided high-level advisory services to C-level executives, board members, and international committees, offering strategic guidance on policy development and implementation.

A prolific entrepreneur, Amina co-founded multiple companies and served as a university lecturer at Université Jean Moulin Lyon III.

Amina is deeply engaged in Tunisian civil society, holding a board position with the Conseil International des Femmes Entrepreneures, where she oversees strategy and development. She is also the founder of Tunisia’s first think tank dedicated to public policies, reflecting her commitment to advancing governance and social progress. Her expertise, leadership, and dedication make her a pivotal figure in fostering international collaboration and sustainable development.
