She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Public Policy.
Currently, she is President of the Foreign Trade and Negotiations Department of the Argentine Industrial Union (UIA).
As a Consultant in International Trade, she led the Technical Support team for the Market Access and Trade Analysis Team of the European Union (EUD in Argentina and GesellschaftfürOrganisation, Planung und AusbildungmbH – GOPA mbH – 2022-2023) and prepared working papers on regional integration, sponsored by the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), for the government of Peru (2021).
With over 25 years of experience, she has worked in Argentine government agencies responsible for developing and implementing trade measures as well as negotiation strategies related to market access for goods and services at bilateral, regional, and multilateral levels.
She also possesses more than 10 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Her previous positions include: Director of the MERCOSUR Secretariat (2019 – 2020), National Director of Foreign Trade Policy at the Ministry of Production (2016 -2018), Director for Regional Integration and Industrial Policy at the Ministry of Industry (2014-2015), and Executive Coordinator for International Trade Negotiations at the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance (2010- 2013).
