Sebastián Ballina is Minister Plenipotentiary (Second Class) and deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Tunisia. He is currently in charge of the political, economic and commercial sections at the embassy.
He previously held diplomatic posts in the Republic of India and the Federal Republic of Germany and worked in several departments at the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
